Found bed bugs @ Hotel / Motel / Inn in Toronto, Ontario, Canada Reported by stringcheese

There is a definite bedbug presence on the upper floor of this hotel. We have seen them or evidence of them in the bedroom (on the sheets, behind the wall mounted headboard, etc), in the couch, and in the bathroom. We did not see them on the lower levels but as you know that does not mean they are not there.

I'm covered in bites, and I keep finding more. The customer service here is horrible and they won't do anything beyond checking us out and giving us a refund for only one night of our stay. They refused to show us an inspection report when we asked. Tripadvisor has other reviews that indicated an ongoing bedbug presence here, dating back a couple years. It seems they've been here for a while but management has no desire to do anything about it. AVOID.
